Banking Transformation Summit USA takes place on November 9 to 10, 2026 at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, NC.
The banking conference event runs across two full days. Doors open from 8:00 AM on Day One and 8:30 AM on Day Two, with the program running through to early evening.
We would strongly recommend it. The program runs across three parallel theaters and five themes over the two days, anchored by single-stage keynote sessions, with sessions grounded in the decisions senior leaders are making right now rather than predictions for the future of banking. The themes and tracks carry across both days, so attending the banking conference in full is how you get the complete picture and the conversations that come with it.
The program includes keynote presentations, interactive panel discussions and practical case study sessions. Sessions are organized across the five agenda themes (the AI frontier, intelligent infrastructure, trust in the system, power to the people, and human and machine leadership) so you can navigate directly to what matters most to your role.
Around 500 senior leaders attend across the two days, representing more than 80 banks and credit unions. Attendance is deliberately capped to protect the quality of the experience.
Bank and credit union places are complimentary, allocated by application, and limited.
Networking is built into the structure of the event, not bolted on. Across the event you will find the Invitational Golf Day, the Pre-Summit Networking Reception and the Exhibition Drinks Reception, alongside well-timed breaks and access to the event app to help you identify and connect with the right people. With three in four attendees from a bank or credit union, the conversations you have are with peers who understand your challenges. See the full experience here.
Access to the attendee list and meeting functionality is restricted to exhibitors, speakers, and bank and credit union attendees.
Complimentary hospitality runs throughout both days, including a buffet lunch, barista coffee and refreshments.
The Charlotte Convention Center is in Uptown Charlotte, NC. It is about 15 to 20 minutes from Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT), and easy to reach by the LYNX Blue Line light rail and the major routes into the city. Full travel information is available on the venue page.

Yes. Tap the heart icon on any session to save it to "My Schedule". A handful of sessions, including the opening remarks and the Pre-Summit Networking Reception, are added to everyone's schedule by default.
Yes. A small number of sessions, including the curated boardrooms and dinner, require you to add them to your schedule in advance. These appear under "Sessions to pre-book" on the app home screen. Some are invitation only and will only be visible to those on the relevant target list.
When you log in for the first time, the app asks a short series of profiling questions covering your role, the solutions you are looking for and who you are hoping to meet. Those answers feed into the app's AI recommendation engine, which suggests the people most relevant to you across the two days. The more detail you give in your profile, the better the matches.
Yes. Speakers, partners, and bank or credit union attendees can browse the attendee list and request meetings directly through the app. Meetings can be booked at the dedicated one-to-one meeting zone or, where applicable, at partner booths. The booking window runs 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM on Day One and 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Day Two. Delegate pass holders can receive meeting requests but cannot send them.
By default, only people you have actively connected with can see your contact details. You can change this in your profile settings: public makes them visible to all attendees, private hides them entirely. You can update this at any time before or during the event.
If you allow push notifications, yes. We use them sparingly to flag the sessions, networking moments and changes you would not want to miss. We recommend turning them on once you have downloaded the app.
Drop the team a line and you will hear back promptly.
